Welcome to our online glass art store.
Isabelle Alepins – Glass Artist is an artisan business. Every item is handmade and unique. Variations in color, shape, patterns, and dimensions are natural and are not considered defects. As such, they cannot be used as grounds for an exchange or refund.

 

Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency of the customer’s country (Canada or the United States). Applicable taxes will be added at checkout. For orders outside Canada and the United States, prices are charged in US dollars.

We accept payments exclusively through Stripe.You may pay by credit card.

 

Shipping Policy

As Isabelle Alepins’ creations are made to order, stock is limited. If the selected product is in stock, we commit to shipping your order within 10 business days. If it is not in stock, it will be shipped within a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks. These time frames may vary slightly during exceptional situations such as holidays or in the case of custom orders (e.g. corporate or commemorative pieces).

Shipping Fees. Shipping costs are not included in the product price. They vary depending on your location, the type of product, and the quantity ordered.

Packaging. We take great care to ensure safe transportation of your order. Every item is packaged securely with protective materials such as foam padding and rigid cardboard.

Carrier. Our products are shipped using trusted delivery services. You will receive an email notification once your shipment is on its way. A tracking number will also be provided so you can monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

 

Cancellation & Exchange Policy

An order can be canceled only if the request is made before the item has shipped.

No cancellations are accepted for custom orders.

An exchange is only possible in the event that the item is damaged during shipping. In that case, please notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include a detailed explanation of the damage, your order number, and supporting photos.If the damage is determined to be our responsibility or that of the shipping carrier, we will send you a replacement item, free of charge.
